Hello Bowdish Community,

I'm Eric Roal, the proud principal of Bowdish Middle School. Before joining the education field, I had the honor of serving in the United States Air Force, where I gained valuable leadership and teamwork skills.

I began my teaching career at Bowdish in 2003, and it's been a privilege to witness the growth and development of our students over the years. I'm truly honored to have been selected as principal in 2024 and look forward to continuing to build upon the strong foundation that our school has established.

Together, we'll create a supportive and inspiring learning environment where every student feels valued, empowered, and equipped to succeed. I'm excited to partner with our dedicated staff, supportive families, and the entire community to make Bowdish Middle School a place where students can thrive and reach their full potential.
